Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g. by email) before the withdrawal period expires.


Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are excluded from return, including but not limited to:

  • Sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact us before returning any item to request return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product.
  3. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with the provided instructions.

Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

However, return shipping costs will be covered by us if:

  • The product is defective, or
  • An incorrect item was delivered

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

This allows us to resolve the issue efficiently with our logistics partners.

PUREVAÉ operates as a curated online store. Orders are fulfilled by third-party logistics partners.
Return handling and eligibility are therefore subject to both EU consumer law and supplier return policies, including hygiene and product safety regulations.
